Does everyone who owns a dog need the pet insurance? feed them top grade food, and able to afford K-9 advance once a month.?
I read many questions on the dog sections before, the proclaimed "dog lovers" often criticize others that could afford vet care and doesn't have the income to buy the expensive dog food, people who buys Purina, normal brand such as Alpo gets picked to their bones. So what makes a
