Im planning to adopt a dog or buy one. what are the requirements ? how do i register my dog? do i need insurance?

Answer by Mastiff MommyUsually the pound can tell you everything or your vet- The must be registered. When adopting a dog they usually want proof of home ownership or the need to speak to the landlord make sure everything is square. I don't have insurance on my dogs-
