Question by Jack R: Are there any pet insurance policies that cover pre-existing conditions?
My vet thinks my dog's limp could be a torn ligament and I was wondering if anyone knows of pet insurance companies that cover pre-existing conditions even if they do so after an initial waiting period or even if they cover them at a lower rate? Alternatively do veterinary colleges ever perform expensive surgery at reduced rates for students to gain experience? If
