Question by : What are the pet restrictions in Spain?
I'm wondering what animals are banned/restricted in Spain.
I looked up a dog-thread on a forum about Spain, which in short said that "all dogs over 25 kg require a license, a big civil responsibility insurance, must be micro-chipped, muzzled, and kept on short leash by a person at least 16 years old who has gone through a psychological test, has no criminal record (not a problem for me, but...), PLUS high fences and a warning sign on
